Digital Product Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital font files and immediate access upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a font file has been downloaded or accessed.
Exceptions & Support
We understand that issues can arise, and we are here to help. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:
- Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same font more than once, please contact us with proof, and we will issue a refund for the duplicate.
- Download Issues: If you are unable to access or install the font due to technical issues, please reach out to our support team. We will work with you to resolve the problem or provide an alternative download method.
- Corrupted File: If the file is damaged or does not work as described, and we are unable to provide a working version, a refund may be issued.
